- What is "Project Group" and how to work with it?
The Project groups feature gives you a perfect overview of your online stores with zero-setup.
In case of connecting multiple projects (online stores), the automatic overview is generated. In this overview you can see the most important metrics.
- How to set up order status?
In the administration section "Source setting", click on your online-store platform card and then "Order status". Tick the order statuses that you want to see in your dashboards. You can change it any time - as needed.
- What is "prediction"?
You can see in details the expected value at the end of month in selected graphs. This is an estimated statement, which is calculated according to the development in the same period last year to the current values.
- How to set up reports?
To manage your reports, go to the "Reports" section of the settings menu. Hit "create report". Fill in name of the report, project from which you want to send the report, the dashboard summary that you want to report, the time period for which to do the reporting, the frequency of the reports and the emails they will be sent to (if a regular report). Save.
- Can I change my currency?
There is a possibility to set up the default currency. All the other currencies will be converted based on the current exchange rate.
- How to conduct a data export?
You may conduct a raw export of your data either to a .txt or a .csv file for many of your charts and graphs. This may be done by clicking on the download option from the downward arrow on the top right corner of the graph/chart.
- How can I download the mobile app?
To connect the mobile application to your account please continue to "Personal settings" - "Mobile applications". Choose the type of mobile application and install it. Then click on "Generate new code". Copy this code or scan it into your mobile application.
