Practical use: The first purchase can show you how your online store affects your customer. If you have a higher average value of the order and a higher number of products, your online store operates credible. However, the first purchase decides on customer satisfaction. There may be more reasons why they chose your online store - a better price than the competition, availability or quick delivery time. Especially delivery time may determine the probability of further purchase in your online store.
